Data Request and Research Proposals
The purpose of the registry is to support research related to DIPG. Data and samples from the registry are available both to researchers affiliated with the registry and to external researchers affiliated with an academic institution. Limited data sets are available via a password-controlled login to access, discover and query across genomics and clinical data and imaging and sample metadata.
Research proposals from internal and external investigators will be evaluated by an advisory committee for scientific merit and appropriate use of resources before approval. A copy of the short research application is available here.
To request access to registry data or samples for a research project, please submit the application to the International DIPG Registry Office.
